Chick-fil-A Champion

Champs at Chick-fil-A are the first level of leadership and are those who, above all, embody our Vision, Mission, and Values.

Additionally, they ensure that new team members receive training according to Pathway and Chick-fil-A standards.

They also guide current team members to stay within the parameters and help them achieve success in their role.
