Cross-Training Application

Why? : Learn the opposite house of what you work in now and gain a broader understanding of what It is like in all areas of the restaurant.

How?: Submit an application, you must be a well performing team member in your current house

Silver Level: Trained effectively in at least 3 positions = +$0.50 per hour

Gold Level: Performs effectively in all positions = +$0.50 per hour
